THE PROGRAM INSTRUCTS YOUTHS ON THE RULES OF BASKETBALL AND PROVIDES COACHING, OFFICIATING, UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN ORDER TO PLAY IN LEAGUE AND TOURNAMENT GAMES.
