PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE TO ALL CENTRALIA DISTRICT SCHOOLS. PROVIDE TEACHERS WITH THE ABILITY TO RESEARCH BEST PRACTICES. FUNDING THE PREPARATION OF A MULTI-YEAR PLAN TO ELEVATE THE ABILITY TO TEACH AND TRACK THE SUCCESS OF CENTRALIA SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS.
