AT THE RESEARCH AND EVALUATION DEPARTMENT (RED), WE ARE DEDICATED TO ADVANCING HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH THE LENS OF PSYCHOLOGY AND NEUROSCIENCE. OUR TEAM CONDUCTS ORIGINAL, CUTTING-EDGE RESEARCH THAT DELVES INTO THE COMPLEXITIES OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR AND COGNITION, SEEKING TO UNDERSTAND THE UNDERLYING FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE PERPETRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES. GROUNDED IN THE PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPATORY ACTION RESEARCH, OUR APPROACH ENSURES THAT THE VOICES AND EXPERIENCES OF AFFECTED COMMUNITIES ARE CENTRAL TO OUR WORK. COLLABORATION IS INTEGRAL TO OUR MISSION.
