WE OPERATED A CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL AND DAYCARE FOR 50 HOURS PER WEEK. OUR MAIN GOAL WAS AND IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE, LOVING ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH CHILDREN CAN GROW AND LEARN ABOUT THE LOVE OF JESUS. THIS YEAR WE WORKED VERY HARD ON FINALIZING IMPROVEMENTS ON OUR PLAYGROUND AND OUR BIBLICAL CURRICULUM. WE ALSO TRIED TO FIND WAYS TO KEEP EMPLOYEES AND AVOID SO MUCH TURN OVER. ADDITIONALLY, WE TRIED TO INVOLVE THE CHURCH MEMBERSHIP MORE IN OUR MINISTRY BY RECRUITING VOLUNTEERS AND MAKING MONTHLY REPORTS TO THE CONGREGATION AT OUR BUSINESS MEETINGS.
