THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED AND LEASES THE MIDLAND FACILITY LOCATED AT 1601 WESTCLIFF DRIVE, MIDLAND, TEXAS 79703 TO THEIR SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, WEST TEXAS FOOD BANK. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A CAPITAL CAMPAIGN BY THE FOOD BANK AND BORROWINGS OBTAINED THROUGH THE NEW MARKET TAX CREDIT PROGRAM IN COMPLIANCE WITH IRC SECTION 45D. THE ORGANIZATION LEASES THE FACILITY TO THE FOOD BANK.
