THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS,EDUCATIONAL AND/OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, AND TO THE CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY SUBSEQUENT FEDERAL TAX LAWS (CODE).
