BATTLE BUDDY PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM SERVICED ELDERLY VETERANS WITH COMPANIONSHIP AND A DEDICATED COORDINATOR WHO PERFORMED A NEEDS AND QUALITY OF LIFE ASSESSMENT. THE BATTLE BUDDY COORDINATOR THEN WORKED TO MEASURABLY IMPROVE EACH VETERAN'S QUALITY OF LIFE.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH - THE OUTREACH PROGRAM HELPS THE COMMUNITY KNOW OF OUR SERVICES IN ORDER TO FIND AND HELP VETERANS IN NEED.
RESOURCE SCOUTS - THIS PROGRAM HAS A DEDICATED NAVIGATOR TO CONNECT OUR HEROES WITH RESOURCES TO SUPPORT A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE AND HELP THEM SECURE THE APPROPRIATE BENEFITS THEY HAVE EARNED. $11,153.00 WAS DIRECT VETERAN ASSISTANCE OF 1242 MEALS, 139 RIDES PROVIDED, 87 CARE PACKAGES, AND MULTIPLE RAPID RELIEF INTERVENTIONS INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH GAS, UTILITIES, TRANSPORTATION AND BUILDING MATERIALS.
