EACH YEAR FUNDS ARE RAISED THROUGHOUT THE JAY COUNTY COMMUNITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CHRISMAS TO FAMILIES WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PURCHASE GIFTS, ESSENTIALS, AND MEALS OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY. PRESENTS FOR THESE FAMILES ARE SHOPPED, WRAPPED, AND DELIVERED BY COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS.
