THE ALLIANCE UNITES LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS TO BETTER SERVE AT-RISK KIDS & FAMILIES THROUGH COLLABORATION. IN 2022 THEY WORKED DIRECTLY WITH 61 LOCAL AGENCIES, NONPROFITS AND CHURCHES PLUS 62 BUISNESSES. THEIR MISSION INCLUDES EQUIPPING INDIVIDUALS TO CARE FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AND IN 2022 THEY PROVIDED 304 HOURS OF PARENT TRAINING FOR FOSTER FAMILIES, HAD 248 LEADERS AND CAREGIVERS ATTEND COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS AND 229 FAMILIES AND PROVIDERS SUPPORTING 1908 KIDS/TEENS ATTENDED THEIR ANNUAL CHILDHOOD TRAUMA CONFERECE. THROUGH THE ALLIANCE AREA NEEDS DATABSE, 16,357 ITEMS WERE DONATED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF 3,383 LOCAL KIDS IN NEED AND 78 SAFE SPACES (EITHER BEDROOMS OR FULL APARTMENTS) WERE FURNISHED FOR AGING OUT FOSTER YOUTH OR FAMILIES IN NEED.
