SEE SCHEDULE OTCBA PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL ADVISORY SERVICES TO USERS AND RECIPIENTS OF STATE TAX CREDITS TO HELP CONCEIVE, PLAN, STRUCTURE, APPLY FOR, AND COMPLY WITH PROGRAMS THAT STATE LEGISLATURES HAVE DULY PASSED INTO LAW TO ENCOURAGE INVESTMENT IN ACTIVITIES DEEMED TO POSSESS SOCIAL, CULTURAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND ECONOMIC BENEFITS FOR THEIR CITIZENS. APPLYING TCBA'S EXPERTISE IN TAX CREDITS CONSTITUTES SUBSTANTIAL EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE THAT ENABLES PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES TO SUCCESSFULLY QUALIFY FOR AND BENEFIT FROM THESE INCENTIVES GRANTED BY STATE GOVERNMENTS. TCBA'S EDUCATIONAL ADVISORY SERVICES ARE ITS CORE ACTIVITY THAT DIRECTLY BENEFITS TAX CREDIT RECIPIENTS AND PUBLIC POLICY OF THE STATE TAX CREDIT PROGRAMS. IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO TAX CREDIT RECIPIENTS, FACILITATING AND EXPEDITING PROPER USE OF THE TAX CREDIT PROGRAM, TCBA'S ADVISORY ASSISTANCE WILL THEREBY HELP RELIEVE THE GOVERNMENTAL BURDEN OF ADMINISTERING STATE TAX CREDIT PROGRAMS.
