THE PROGRAM MODEL ENCOMPASSES FOUR COMPONENTS DESIGNED TO LEVERAGE LOCAL VOLUNTEER TECHNICAL TALENT TO TEACH CODING AND WEB DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TO STUDENTS IN ORDER TO PUSH THEM THROUGH COLLEGE AND INTO STEM CAREERS.
