GATHERDC CONDUCTS PROGRAMS IN SUPPORT OF JEWISH EDUCATION, OUTREACH, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING WITHIN THE GREATER WASHINGTON DC AREA. GATHERDC INFUSES A RELATIONSHIP-BASED MODEL OF ENGAGEMENT INTO EVERY ASPECT OF ITS WORK, WITH A "PEOPLE-FIRST" MINDSET, A SOPHISTICATED RELATIONSHIP ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND A GROUP OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS WHO SERVE AS PEER ENGAGERS ON BEHALF OF GATHERDC. GATHERDC'S RELATIONSHIP-BASED WORK ENSURES THAT JEWISH OPPORTUNITIES AND JEWISH SOCIAL NETWORKS WILL BE ACCESSIBLE TO AN INCREASING NUMBER OF YOUNG JEWS YEAR AFTER YEAR; THROUGH THIS WORK, WE ARE BUILDING ONE OF THE MOST DYNAMIC AND INCLUSIVE CITIES FOR MILLENNIAL AND GEN Z JEWISH LIFE.GATHERBAY IS AN EMERGENT COMMUNITY SEEKING TO CONNECT JEWISH 20S AND 30S TO MEANINGFUL AND ENGAGED JEWISH LIVES.
