GATHERDC INFUSES A RELATIONSHIP- BASED MODEL OF ENGAGEMENT INTO EVERY ASPECT OF ITS WORK, WITH A "PEOPLE- FIRST" MINDSET, A SOPHISTICATED RELATIONSHIP ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND A GROUP OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS WHO SERVE AS PEER ENGAGERS ON BEHALF OF GATHERDC.
