FACILITY EXPENSE - EXPENSES UTILIZED TO HOUSE PARTICIPANTS IN THE RECOVERY PROGRAM, AND OFFICE RENT.
OPERATION EXPENSE - SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO HOUSING/COACHING PARTICIPANTS IN THE RECOVERY PROGRAM.
