CREATED, PROMOTED, AND MAINTAINED INTERNET BASED PROGRAM FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS TO OBTAIN ADVICE FROM RESPECTED SENIOR PHYSICIANS IN A PROTECTED ENVIRONMENT WHERE CONFIDENTIALITY IS KEY. PROGRAM CONSISTS OF A WEB-BASED SET OF RESOURCES INCLUDING: FORUMS, BLOGS, REFERENCES AND ELECTRONICALY SCHEDULED SESSION WITH SENIOR ADVISORS.
