ELNAC DBA PROCLAIM CUBA WORKS CLOSELY WITH A CUBAN RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION NAMED ELNAC. THE NAME IS DERIVED FROM A SPANISH ACRONYM EMPODERANDO LAS NACIONES, EMPOWERING THE NATIONS. WHILE THE US AND CUBAN ENTITIES SHARE A COMMON NAME, AND A COMMON MISSION TO REACH THE COUNTRY OF CUBA, LATIN AMERICA AND THE WORLD FOR CHRIST, THE ASSOCIATION BETWEEN THE TWO ENTITIES IS VOLUNTARY. ELNAC DBA PROCLAIM CUBA OPERATES IN THE US TO SEND MISSION TEAMS AND GRANTS TO CUBA. ELNAC IN CUBA PLANTS AND SUPPORTS CHURCHES AS WELL AS A MULTI FACETED NETWORK OF MINISTRIES ACROSS THE ISLAND THAT EXTENDS, TO LATIN AMERICA AND BEYOND.

GRANTS TO CUBA TOTALLED $390,869, INCLUDING $7,513 IN HUMANITARIAN AID AND $383,356 IN PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR CHURCH PLANTING, THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION, CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES, SPORTS LEAGUES, ART/MUSIC PROGRAMS, AND OUTREACH MINISTRIES TO YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS.
