EDUCATIONTRINITY COLLEGE OF NURSING & HEALTH SCIENCES IS AN ACCREDITED, PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT, MULTI-PURPOSE COLLEGE FOR NURSING, RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGY AND OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONS. THE COLLEGE'S LONG HISTORY OF INTEGRATION AND PASSION FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE DEMONSTRATES ITS RESPONSIVENESS TO THE CHANGING HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF THE REGION. THE COLLEGE'S ORIGINS CAN BE TRACED BACK TO 1898 WHEN HEALTH CARE WAS MUCH DIFFERENT THAN IT IS TODAY. AS THE COLLEGE HAS GROWN OVER THE YEARS, IT HAS MAINTAINED INNOVATIVE TEACHING STRATEGIES USING CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGIES TO PREPARE HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS FOR THE DYNAMIC HEALTH CARE ENVIRONMENT. TRINITY COLLEGE OF NURSING & HEALTH SCIENCES HAS SIX PROGRAMS: ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE IN NURSING DEGREE, ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN RADIOGRAPHY DEGREE, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HEALTH SCIENCES DEGREE, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING DEGREE, AND MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING DEGREE.DURING 2021, TRINITY COLLEGE OF NURSING & HEALTH SCIENCES HAD A TOTAL OF 228 STUDENTS ENROLLED WITH THE BREAKDOWN AMONG PROGRAMS AS FOLLOWS: 27 ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN RADIOGRAPHY STUDENTS, 3 BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HEALTH SCIENCES STUDENTS, 158 BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING STUDENTS, 40 MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING STUDENTS. THE COLLEGE COMPLIES WITH THOSE LAWS WHICH FORBID DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF RACE, RELIGION, COLOR, SEX, MARITAL STATUS, AGE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, VETERAN STATUS, DISABILITIES, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR GENDER IDENTITY IN ADMINISTRATION OF ITS ADMISSIONS POLICIES, EDUCATIONAL POLICIES, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND OTHER PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS. SCHOLARSHIPSTRINITY COLLEGE OF NURSING & HEALTH SCIENCES PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO ITS STUDENTS BASED ON ACADEMIC, SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE CRITERIA THAT ARE ESTABLISHED IN PART BY DONORS WHO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS FOR THESE TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS. A SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE IS USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY AND RECOMMEND RECIPIENTS.
