THE GALLATIN ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS HAS A TOTAL OF 1,475 GAR REALTOR, APPRAISER, AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS.
THE ASSOCIATION PRODUCES A WEEKLY EMAIL AND BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION, EDUCATION COURSES, AND KEEPS MEMBERS INFORMED OF REGULATORY ISSUES AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS TO HELP ENSURE COMPLIANCE. IT ALSO ADVOCATES FOR HOME OWNERSHIP AND PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS.
THE ASSOCIATION PUTS ON CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES FOR ITS MEMBERS EACH MONTH TOTALING UP TO 80 TOTAL CREDIT HOURS PER YEAR.
