Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING TO STUDENTS AT FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE. IN ADDITION, PROVIDING EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE GRANTS OF UP TO $300 TO STUDENTS WITH AN EMERGENCY SITUATION THAT MAY PREVENT THEM FROM GETTING TO CLASS.
SUPPORT FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE'S CULINARY ARTS ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE DEGREE PROGRAM AND CHEF'S TABLE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM. ALSO PROVIDE FUNDING TO FACULTY AND STAFF AT FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS THAT FOCUS ON STUDENT RETENTION AND TO ASSIST WITH STUDENT TRAVEL TO PRESENT RESEARCH CONFERENCES. TO ASSIST WITH EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE STUDENT HEALTH CLINIC HOUSED IN THE REBECCA CHANEY BROUSSARD NURSING AND HEALTH SCIENCE BUILDING. TO ASSIST WITH EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE NURSING PROGRAM AT FVCC.
PROVIDE FUNDING FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING THE PAUL D WACHHOLZ COLLEGE CENTER AND THE BROUSSARD FAMILY LIBRARY AND LEARNING COMMONS ON FVCC'S KALISPELL CAMPUS.
PROVIDE FUNDING WITH PROGRAMMING AT THE WACHHOLZ COLLEGE CENTER.
