FAMILY SERVICES PARENTS AS TEACHERS IS AN EVIDENCE-BASED HOME VISITING PROGRAM WHICH IS OFFERED COST-FREE TO AT-RISK EXPECTANT FAMILIES AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UP THROUGH AGE 5. THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO HELP CHILDREN LEARN, GROW AND DEVELOP TO REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. SERVICES INCLUDE PERSONAL HOME VISITS, GROUP CONNECTIONS, DEVELOMENTAL SCREENINGS, AND REFERRALS. FAMILIES IN TRANSITION PROGRAM PROVIDES COPREHENSIVE FAMILY STRENGTHENING AND SUPPORT THORUGH FAMILY ADVOCACY, HOMELESS EDUCATION SERVICES, CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES ASSISTANCE, HOUSING COUNSELING AND PARENTING EDUCATION. SUMMER ARTS & LEADERSHIP CAMP PROVIDES A FREE SIX-WEEK CAMP FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN AGES 8-14 FROM JUNE THROUGH JULY. SUPPORT SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO PARENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS OF CAMPERS.
