ITS PURPOSE IS TO PLAN, DEVELOP AND OPERATE A COST EFFECTIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN AREAS OF EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNITY LIVING.
