THE COMPANY CURRENTLY MAINTAINS SWIFT DAM, 500 MILES OF CANALS, HUNDREDS OF DIVERSIONS AND TWO DAM STRUCTURES ON LAKE FRANCES FOR DELIVERY OF WATER TO THE 380 SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY. APPROXIMATELY 65,000 ACRES OF LAND WERE IRRIGATED WITH WATER PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY DURING 2023.
