TO ADVANCE, ENCOURAGE, AND PROMOTE THE INDUSTRIAL, ECONOMIC, COMMERCIAL, AND CIVIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN.


THE CORPORATION FACILITATED THE RECLAMATION, REHABILITATION, AND RE-UTILIZATION OF VACANT, ABANDONED, TAX-FORECLOSED, OR OTHER REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN. THE CORPORATION PURCHASED TWO PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY, WHICH WERE USED TO IMPROVE STORMWATER RUNOFF AND HELD FOR FUTURE RE-DEVELOPMENT.
