THIS INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT OF AN ANNUAL WRITTEN WORK PLAN FOR DOWNTOWN SOUTH, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STRONG, BROAD-BASED ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING COMMITTEES: ORGANIZATION, PROMOTION, DESIGN, AND ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING.
