WE PROVIDE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND SECTOR-SPECIFIC SKILLS TRAINING, ALONG WITH JOB PLACEMENT AND RETENTION SERVICES. WE BUILD THE CAPACITY OF LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISES TO CREATE MARKET OPPORTUNITIES FOR AT RISK WOMEN AND GIRLS.
