YESHIVA OHR YISRAEL OF ATLANTA IS A YESHIVA AND COLLEGE PREPARATORY HIGH SCHOOL FOR BOYS IN GRADES 9-12. YESHIVA OHR YISRAEL OFFERS A STRENUOUS CURRICULUM OF INTENSIVE TEXT-BASED TALMUD STUDY, CHUMASH (BIBLE), NAVI (PROPHETS), JEWISH LAW, HEBREW LANGUAGE, AND A STRONG EMPHASIS ON MIDDOS (CHARACTER) DEVELOPMENT. THE STUDENTS ATTEND THE BEIS MEDRASH EVENING PROGRAM (NIGHT SEDER) IN WHICH OTHER TEENS AND ADULTS FROM THE GENERAL COMMUNITY PARTICIPATE.CORE SECULAR STUDIES INCLUDE MATH, ENGLISH, SCIENCE, HISTORY, COMPUTERS, AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION.
