THE ANNENBERG SCHOOL FOR COMMUNICATION TRUST AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (HEREINAFTER THE "TRUST") IS A CHARITABLE TRUST ESTABLISHED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ANNENBERG SCHOOL FOR COMMUNICATION AND JOURNALISM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (HEREINAFTER THE "ANNENBERG SCHOOL"), WHICH IS THE SCHOOL FOR THE STUDY OF COMMUNICATIONS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 170(B)(1)(A)(II) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE ("CODE"), LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.
