DURING THE YEAR, THE SOUTH SIDE NEWSPAPER PROJECT, INC. HELD A CITY-WIDE PHOTO CONTEST. IN ADDITION, FOUR ISSUES OF "THE STAND" NEWSPAPER WERE PUBLISHED. "THE STAND" IS USED AS THE MEANS TO SHARE COMMUNITY NEWS AND STORIES WITH THE RESIDENTS OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CITY OF SYRACUSE.
