IN 2021, NJCTL HAD FOUR MAJOR PROGRAM SERVICES: DEVELOPMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF FREE OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES (OER) WHICH ARE POSTED ON ITS WEBSITE FOR WORLD-WIDE FREE USE TO SUPPORT THE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF K-12 AND ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE AND COMPUTER SCIENCE; AS WELL AS ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS IN AFRICA. ONLINE COURSES, PRIMARILY BASED ON NJCTLOER, TO TEACH TEACHERS THE CONTENT, AND HOW TO TEACH THE CONTENT, OF THOSE SUBJECTS, AND WHICH CAN BE USED BY CURRENT TEACHERS TO EARN A NEW ENDORSEMENT TO TEACH SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS. ONLINE COURSES, PRIMARILY BASED ON NJCTLOER, ARE NOW BEING OFFERED DIRECTLY TO STUDENTS.
