FAMILY EMPOWERMENT CENTER ON DISABILITY PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM SERVES FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 22 YEARS OLD BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO INFORMATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO BE EFFECTIVELY INVOLVED WITH THEIR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION.
EARLY START RESOURCE CENTER - PROVIDES SERVICES TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 0-3 YEARS OLD BY PROVIDING SPECIAL CONNECTIONS, INCLUDING TRAINING AND SUPPORT GROUPS, REFERRAL TO SOURCES, GUIDANCE AND SYSTEM NAVIGATION FROM EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES TO TRANSITION TO SCHOOL AGE.
