ALL AS ONE PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE 24-HOUR REFUGE AND ON-SITE PROGRAMS FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN AT ITS CHILDREN'S CENTER IN FREETOWN, SIERRA LEONE. THESE PROGRAMS OFFER A SURVIVAL LIFELINE OF SUPPORT AND CARE FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN WHO'VE BEEN ABANDONED AND LEFT TO THE STREETS OF FREETOWN.ALL AS ONE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - THIRTY-FIVE (35) INFANTS AND CHILDREN CONSIDER ALL AS ONE THEIR HOME. THIS IS WHERE THEY LIVE, WHERE THEY GROW AND THRIVE, AND WHERE THEY BECOME YOUNG ADULTS. OUR FACILITIES OPERATE AT FULL CAPACITY AND INCLUDE CARING FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITH SERIOUS AND CHRONIC ILLNESSES.
ALL AS ONE MEAL AND NUTRITION PROGRAM-EACH YEAR, WE PROVIDE OVER 100,000 NUTRITIOUS MEALS FOR THE CHILDREN IN OUR CARE. THIS IS PARTICULARLY CRITICAL IN THAT MOST ALL OF THE CHILDREN COME TO US AFTER HAVING SUFFERED HUNGER, DEPRIVATION AND MALNUTRITION.
THE ALL AS ONE ACADEMY, AN ACCREDITED SIERRA LEONE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION PROVIDES SIX HOURS OF CLASSROOM INSTRUCTIONS EACH DAY, PLUS TUTORING AND INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE WHERE NEEDED. CLASSES INCLUDE MATHEMATICS, SOCIAL STUDIES, SCIENCE, ENGLISH, PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND MORE. WE ENROLL THE CHILDREN IN OUR CARE AND THOSE FROM THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY, EDUCATING 150 STUDENTS EVERY DAY IN 2020.
ALL AS ONE MEDICAL CLINIC AND HEALTH SCREENING-WE OFFER ON-SITE HEALTH SCREENING AND PEDIATRIC CARE FOR THE CHILDREN LIVING AT THE CENTER, AS WELL AS CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. WE ALSO HAVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL HOSPITALS FOR MORE INTENSIVE MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS.
