THE PRIMARY, SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO ESTABLISH, CONDUCT OR PARTICIPATE IN SUCH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE SHEET METAL AND AIR CONDITIIONING INDUSTRY, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WITH RESPECT TO NEW TECHNIQUES, IDEAS AND METHODS WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE INDUSTRY AND INCREASE THE CONTRIBUTION THAT THE INDUSTRY CAN MAKE TO THE COMMUNITY.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ITS PROGRAM AND FURTHER EDUCATES EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES TO PROMOTE HARMONY BETWEEN THEM. THE ORGANIZATION STUDIES, FURTHER EDCUATES AND IMPLEMENTS ITS PROGRAM TO MAKE THE INDUSTRY OF GREATER SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC WHILE ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES ADVANCING THE COMMON PINCIPLE OF UNIONS AND EMPLOYERS AND AVOIDING LABOR DISPUTERS AND WORK STOPPAGE.
