TO PPROMOTE COOPERATION AND MUTUAL FLOW OF TECHNOLOGY AND INVESTMENT BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES OF THE PACIFIC AND TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PROFESSIONALS AND CORPORATIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PACIFIC TO NETWORK AND SHARE VALUABLE EXPERIENCES.

VIRTUAL PERIODIC MEETINGS, CONFERENCES, AND SEMINARS WHERE DISTINGUISHED GUEST SPEAKERS ARE INVITED TO THE MEETING VIRTUALLY. THE MEETINGS ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE NETWORKING AMONG THE MEMBERS.SPECIAL TOPIC SEMINARS THAT ARE PUT ON IN COOPERATION WITH OTHER PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.THIS ASSOCIATION HAS A SPECIAL COMMITTEE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS THAT OFFERS ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS WHO ARE ENTREPRENEURS REGARDING CORPORATE FORMATION, GROWTH AND DEVELEPMENT.THE ASSOCIATION HAS REGULAR PUBLICATIONS TO PROMOTE, PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: BETTER NETWORKING AMONG MEMBERS AND TO PROVIDE THE LATEST TRENDS IN THE HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY. THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM PAIRS ASIAN AMERICAN EXECUTIVES WITH A SMALL GROUP OF MENTEES FOCUSES ON HELPING ACCELERATE CAREER GROWTH THROUGH THE SHARING OF EXPERIENCE AND FRAMEWORKS OF THINKING. THIS PROGRAM AIMS TO GROW ASIAN AMERICAN PROFESSIONALS TO BECOME STRONG LEADERS IN THE FAST CHANGING ECOSYSTEM IN SILICON VALLEY.
