THE ASSOCIATION PLANNED FOR AN ANNUAL MEDITATION CONFERENCE IN SEPTEMBER 2020, BUT IT WAS POSTPONED DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. EXPENSES INCLUDE THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS MADE TO THE HILTON HOTEL TO HOLD THE CONFERENCE SPACE AND REGISTRATION FEES REFUNDED TO PARTICIPANTS WHO REQUESTED A REFUND. ALL ORGANIZATION WORK WAS PERFORMED BY VOLUNTEERS WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
THE ASSOCIATION PURCHASED A TOTAL OF 400 USB @32GB TO PRE-LOAD WITH VIDEO RECORDINGS OF THE 2019 ANNUAL MEDITATION CONFERENCE AND THE 1986 VO-VI SEMINAR TEACHINGS, AND A TOTAL OF 500 USB@16GB TO PRE-LOAD WITH AUDIO RECORDINGS FROM OUR MEDITATION MASTER VI-KIEN, TO HELP PEOPLE WITH THE PRACTICE OF THE VO-VI MEDITATION METHOD. THESE MATERIALS SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED FOR FREE AT OUR NEXT ANNUAL CONFERENCE. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO RE-PRINTED THE ENGLISH BOOK "VOYAGES TO HELL" FOR FREE DISTRIBUTION.
