BRIDGES TO CHANGE IS COMMITTED TO STOPPING THE REVOLVING DOOR OF RECIDIVISM BY STRESSING PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY WHILE PROVIDING TOOLS, SUPPORT AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO HELP OUR CLIENTS MAINTAIN SELF-SUFFICIENT LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.

BRIDGES TO CHANGE IS A NONPROFIT IN THE STATE OF OREGON THAT PROVIDES ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE HOUSING IN 5 COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF OREGON. MULTNOMAH, CLACKAMAS, WASHINGTON. WASCO AND MARION. BRIDGES TO CHANGE HAS OVER 500 UNITS OF HOUSING CAPACITY. BRIDGES TO CHANGE EMPLOYS OVER 30 FTE CERTIFIED RECOVERY MENTORS WHO PROVIDE THE CASE MANAGEMENT FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. MENTORS DEVELOP A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF NEEDS: RISKS, INTERVENTION, ADDICTION AND RELAPSE PREVENTION. BRIDGES TO CHANGE IS ALSO LICENSED IN THE STATE OF OREGON TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT AND OUTREACH SERVICES. IN 2021: 1720 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED PEER MENTOR SERVICE; 519 INDIVIDUALS ACCESSED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT; AND 851 INDIVIDUALS EXITED PROGRAMMING INTO STABLE HOUSING.
