TO STRENGTHEN INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY ADDICTION, POVERTY AND HOMELESSNESS. BRIDGES TO CHANGE IS COMMITTED TO STOPPING THE REVOLVING DOOR OF RECIDIVISM BY STRESSING PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY WHILE PROVIDING TOOLS, SUPPORT AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO HELP OUR CLIENTS MAINTAIN SELF-SUFFICIENT LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.

BRIDGES TO CHANGE IS A NONPROFIT IN THE STATE OF OREGON THAT PROVIDES ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE HOUSING IN 4 COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF OREGON: MULTNOMAH, CLACKAMAS, WASHINGTON AND WASCO. BRIDGES TO CHANGE HAS OVER 500 UNITS OF HOUSING CAPACITY. BRIDGES TO CHANGE EMPLOYS OVER 30 FTE CERTIFIED RECOVERY MENTORS. MENTORS DEVELOP A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF NEEDS: RISKS, INTERVENTION, ADDICTION AND RELAPSE PREVENTION. BRIDGES TO CHANGE IS ALSO LICENSED IN THE STATE OF OREGON TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT AND OUTREACH SERVICES. IN 2022: 1496 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED PEER MENTOR SERVICE; 575 INDIVIDUALS ACCESSED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT; AND 749 INDIVIDUALS EXITED PROGRAMMING INTO STABLE HOUSING.
