TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE L-H TRANSITIONAL CENTER, INC. PROVIDES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO MALES AND FEMALES ON PROBATION THAT ARE TRANSITIONING BACK INTO SOCIETY FROM INCARCERATION. SERVICES PROVIDED ARE THROUGH AN OUTPATIENT PROCESS IN AN INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING AND PEER GROUP FORMAT.
U.S. FEDERAL COURTS L-H TRANSITIONAL CENTER, INC. PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS TO PRE-TRIAL AND POST CONVICTION INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE ASSIGNED TO A PROBATION OFFICER TO HANDLE THEIR CASE.
