THE CACFP PROVIDES REIMBURSEMENT FOR MEALS SERVED (CENTERS-733,333 AND HOMES-301,228 TO CHILDREN (CENTERS-198,163 AND HOMES-9,546 IN DAY CARE FACILITIES (CENTERS-18 AND HOMES-21) DONATED FOOD AND COMMODITIES WHICH CONSIST PRIMARILY OF CANNED GOODS, DRY GOODS, FRESH PRODUCE, AND MEAT FROM THE USDA, THE HOUSTON FOOD BANK, WE CARE, INC.
