THE HSCHC EXISTS TO ACQUIRE, OWN, REAL PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A SAFE AND DISTINCTIVE LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS OF THE EPSILON XI CHAPTER OF THE SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY. THE "CHAPTER HOUSE" SHALL EXIST TO FOSTER THE IDEALS OF FRIENDSHIP, JUSTICE AND LEARNING. OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE HSCHC ARE INVOLVED IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF LEGAL ISSUES, FACILITY MANAGEMENT, FUND RAISING, AND OTHER RELEVANT HOUSING ISSUES FOR THE EPSILON XI CHAPTER OF SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY.
