THE FOUNDATION ADMINISTERS AN ENDOWMENT FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF SCOUTING IN THE TERRITORY SERVED BY THE LONGHORN COUNCIL, UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THE ACTS OF CONGRESS APPROVED JUNE 15, 1916 CREATING THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA. DISCOVERY IS AT THE HEART OF SCOUTING. WHETHER IT'S A CAMPOUT, DERBY CAR RACE, OR HIKE ON THE TRAIL, EVERY ADVENTURE HELPS US UNCOVER A LITTLE MORE ABOUT OURSELVES.
