THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIANITY AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, BY THE DISTRIBUTION OF ITS FUNDS FOR SUCH PURPOSES. THE PRIMARY FOCUS HAS BEEN ON EQUIPPING CHURCH PLANTING LEADERS TO START CHURCHES AND CHURCH PLANTING MOVEMENTS WORLDWIDE. THIS EQUIPPING IS BEING ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH ASSESSING POTENTIAL CHURCH PLANTERS, COACHING CHURCH PLANTERS, AND TRAINING CHURCH PLANTERS.

CHURCH PLANTING LEADERSHIP WAS INVOLVED IN THE TRAINING OF MINISTRY LEADERS IN THE AREAS OF EVANGELISTIC CHURCH PLANTING AND CONVERSION GROWTH FOR EXISTING CHURCHES ALL OVER THE USA AND EAST ASIA. EVENTS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS: (1) A WEEKLY GROUP PLANTING TRAINING PROGRAM WAS HELD FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2022 WITH TWO GROUPS OF EXISTING CHURCH PLANTERS AND MINISTRY LEADERS IN TRAINING. ONE GROUP WAS HELD IN PERSON IN SAN DIEGO AND THE OTHER BY ZOOM. (2) PREPARED FOR CHURCH PLANTING AND CONVERSION GROWTH CONSULTATIONS WHICH CPL CONDUCTED DURING THE YEAR. (3) CONSULTED WITH VARIOUS CHURCH PLANTING LEADERS VIA PHONE, EMAIL, AND FACE TO FACE, IN THE USA PRIMARILY. (4) TRAINING MATERIALS WERE DEVELOPED FOR UPCOMING LEADERSHIP EVENTS AND FOR SEVERAL EVENTS AND CHURCHES. (5) ON THE LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR COMPASS CHURCH IN SAN DIEGO NEAR SDSU AND INVOLVED IN SPEAKING AND TRAINING AND ENCOURAGING YOUNG LEADERS AND TEACHING BIBLE STUDIES. (6) DID SITE VISITS TO NEW CHURCHES AND THEN CONSULTED WITH THE CHURCH PLANTERS AFTERWARDS. A HIGHLIGHT WAS A TRIP TO TEXAS. (7) A TRAINING AND HUMANITARIAN TRIP TO UKRAINE TO HELP BRING FOOD TO REFUGEES AND TRAIN PASTORS WORKING IN POLAND AND UKRAINE. (8) CPL DIRECTOR SPOKE AT A TRAINING CONFERENCE IN MONGOLIA WITH CHURCH PLANTERS. (9) CPL SENT A FAMILY GROUP TO BANDUNG, INDONESIA TO WORK ON LANGUAGE STUDIES AND CHURCH PLANTING PREPARATION. (10) NEW CHURCH STARTED IN KAOHSIUNG CITY, TAIWAN IN APRIL.
