Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
THE COMPANY OPERATES TWO HEALTH PROMOTION FACILITIES THAT ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON A MEMBERSHIP BASIS. THE FACILITIES OFFER A VARIETY OF SERVICES INCLUDING LIFESTYLE CHANGE, HEALTH TRAINING, FITNESS TRAINING, SWIMMING, AND AEROBICS. THE FACILITIES ALSO PROVIDE FREE MEMBERSHIPS TO CERTAIN NON-PROFIT, GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, AND INDIVIDUALS. THE FACILITIES ALSO PROVIDE FREE USAGE TO OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND THE PERSONNEL THEY SERVED. THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THESE CHARITABLE SERVICES WAS 282,895. ATC HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION (ATC) IS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE PROMOTION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLES AND AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS TO ACCOMPLISH SUCH HEALTHY LIFESTYLES FOR ALL SEGMENTS OF THE AMARILLO AREA POPULATION.
