THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY MISSION AS A YOUTH SOCCER INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM IS SOCCER EXCELLENCE THROUGH DEVELOPMENT, BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND AGE APPROPRIATE COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGES OF ALL AGES.

THE ORGANIZATION ADMINISTERED MORE THAN 225 SOCCER TEAMS COMPRISED OF OVER 2,000 BOYS AND GIRLS OF ALL AGES. THE TEAMS COMPETE IN LEAGUES AND TOURNAMENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND PRACTICE AT LIGHTED PRACTICE FACILITIES MAINTAINED BY THE ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION ASSIGNS APPROXIMATELY 80 COACHES TO FORM THE TEAMS, TRAIN THE TEAMS, AND BE PRESENT AT ALL PRACTICES AND GAMES. THROUGHOUT THE SOCCER YEAR, THE INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS PROGRESS IS MONITORED CLOSELY WITH THE FOCUS BEING TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT AND MATCH AWARENESS WITH THE EXPECTATION BEING THAT A MAJORITY OF THESE PLAYERS WILL GO ON TO PARTICIPATE AND COMPETE IN COLLEGIATE AND PROFESSIONAL LEVEL PROGRAMS. THAT, IN FACT, HAS BEEN THE CIRCUMSTANCE WITH A MAJORITY OF THESE ATHLETES, WITH MANY RECEIVING SCHOLARSHIPS TO CONTINUE PLAYING COLLEGIATE SOCCER.
