DURING THE 12 MONTHS ENDING 12/31/2021, ACROSS SERVED AT LEAST 88 CLIENTS, DEFINED AS ONE INDIVIDUAL, OR APPROXIMATELY 28 FAMILIES, BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY HOUSING IN ITS OWNED FOURPLEXES. THE AVERAGE STAY WAS LESS THAN 12 MONTHS. THE ORGANIZATION PAID FOR THE EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH EACH UNIT IN THE FOURPLEXES. A PERIODIC EVALUATION WAS MADE OF EACH CLIENT TO DETERMINE IF THE INDIVIDUAL WAS PROGRESSING TOWARDS INDEPENDENT LIVING.
