THE YOUNG COUNTY FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER IS A COMMUNITY BASED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT LOCAL PROGRAMS THAT ASSIST THE VICTIMS OF CHILD ABUSE AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN. THE CENTER SERVES APPROXIMATELY 100-150 PRIMARY VICTIMS AND AS MANY AS 200 SECONDARY VICTIMS.
