THE GEM PUBLICATION IS ELECTRONICALLY PUBLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND FEATURES ARTICLES PERTAINING TO KEY INFORMATION - TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND TECHNICAL SUBJECTS OF PARTICULAR INTEREST TO INOFRMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS.
