TEXAS SMALL SCHOOL ALL-STATE BAND - THE ORGANIZATION SPONSORS A BAND LIMITED TO A, AA AND AAA HIGH SCHOOL BANDSMEN BECAUSE OF THE LIMITED SUCCESS OF SMALL SCHOOL BANDSMEN IN BEING SELECTED FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE TMEA BAND.


OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE SERIES (OPS) - PARTICIPANTS ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE WITH OTHER BANDSMEN FOR RECOGNITION AS TO OUTSTANDING MUSICAL PERFORMANCE.


SCHOLARSHIP FUND - THE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED TO STUDENTS BASED UPON NEED AND TALENT.
