FOSTER CARE CONSISTS OF INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP HOMES FOR TROUBLED YOUTH PROVIDING FOOD, SHELTER, EDUCATION TRAINING, COUNSELING, AND ANY OTHER SERVICE TO ALLOW YOUTH TO RETURN TO SOCIETY AS A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER. IN 2023 333 CHILDREN WERE SERVED.
OPERATION OF A SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS OFFERING OUTPATIENT AND IMPATIENT SERVICES FOR MEDICAID ELIGIBLE ADOLESCENTS, CLIENTS ABLE TO SELF-PAY, AND ADOLESCENTS ELIGIBLE FOR TCADA FUNDING. IN 2023, A TOTAL OF 121 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED BY THE PROGRAM.
AZLEWAY BOYS RANCH PROVIDES A VARIETY OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS IN A PLANNED CONTINUUM OF CARE. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THE AZLEWAY BOYS' RANCH IS TO GUIDE AND NURTURE EACH BOY INTO THE BEST LIVING SITUATION POSSIBLE, WHETHER THAT MEANS A RETURN TO THE BIOLOGICAL FAMILY, A LOVING FOSTER HOME, OR TRANSITIONING INTO INDEPENDENCE.
