TEXAS HEALTH HARRIS METHODIST HOSPITAL AZLE (THAZ) IS A 31 STAFFED BED COMMUNITY BASED HOSPITAL SERVING AZLE, LAKE WORTH, SPRINGTOWN AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. SINCE 1954, THAZ HAS PROVIDED QUALITY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE NORTHWEST TARRANT COUNTY COMMUNITY. LOCATED IN AZLE, THE HOSPITAL OFFERS MANY SERVICES SUCH AS CARDIOVASCULAR, IMAGING, INPATIENT/OUTPATIENT SURGERY, OUTPATIENT SPORTS AND REHABILITATION CENTER AND AN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT. DURING THE YEAR, THAZ HAD 6,514 PATIENT DAYS, 1,720 DISCHARGES, 28,275 OUTPATIENT ENCOUNTERS AND 20,782 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS.
