THESE HOUSING PROJECTS ARE RENTED TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED CLIENTS AND ARE FINANCED THROUGH RENTED TO LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 42 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. LCBH IS A COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION.
