COMMITTEES: EDUCATION-PROVIDES COURSES FOR MEMBER REALTORS; REALTOR/BUILDER-CONDUCT A "TOUR OF HOMES" TO FAMILIARIZE REALTORS WITH VARIOUS BUILDERS; POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES; TREPAC, DENTON COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY.AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2021 THERE WERE 1,568 MEMBERS.


MEMBERSHIP BUSINESS MEETING: HELD ACCORDING TO BYLAWS, DISCUSSION OF GENERAL MEMBERSHIP, BOARD ACTIVITIES, FINANCIAL STATUS, ETC. USUALLY PAID BY CHARGES TO AFFILIATE MEMBERS WITH MINIMAL CHARGE TO MEMBERS.INSTALLATION - DINNER DANCE WITH AWARDS AND PRESENTATIONS HELD ANNUALLY FOR INSTALLATION OF INCOMING OFFICERS.
