THE EVIDENCE-BASED COURSES OFFERED ARE TAI JI QUAN, BINGOCIZE, CHRONIC DISEASE SELF-MANAGEMENT, AND A MATTER OF BALANCE, EACH LASTING 4 8 WEEKS IN LENGTH.
